DELC manufactures stainless drainage and curb systems — that's our floor. For the coating, we partner with Eurocrete, serving food and beverage plants since 2003. Their eurocrete HD system ships under the HygieniCrete name: independently tested, chemically resistant, rated for 10+ years in the toughest wash-down environments. We'd rather specify the best coating on the market than build a weaker one ourselves.
Concrete cutting, new slabs and curbs, stainless bollards and trench drain angle, finished in eurocrete HF and WR for food-safe surfaces.
A previous contractor’s coating was shot-blasted off and replaced with ¼″ eurocrete HD, WR on the curbs and a polyaspartic top coat.
¼″ eurocrete HD with a textured finish for slip resistance, an LD top coat for easier cleaning, and WR on the curbs.
