Learning Room

Standard vs. high-flow lid: more open area moves more water.

Same footprint, same fit — the difference is how fast your floor clears.

The Real Difference

More open area moves more water. That's the whole difference.

Standard lids handle typical washdown flow in the same footprint as every DELC catch basin. High-Flow lids increase open area for rooms that need to clear water faster — heavier washdown, more frequent CIP, or higher-volume production.

Our Position

We don't upsell High-Flow by default.

Tell us your washdown volume and cycle time and we'll size the lid to match — not the other way around. Most rooms genuinely do fine on Standard.
